Changes to the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme (CJRS) – Claims from May 2021
With the extension of the CJRS to the end of September came the news that from 1st May 2021 more employees could potentially be eligible for the scheme.

Updated Furlough/CJRS Treasury Direction No.6 – 27/01/21
The HM Treasury has issued a new Direction following a few amendments.
UK: CJRS/Furlough Update – Extension until end of April 2021
The furlough scheme has been extended until the end of April 2021 with the government continuing to contribute 80% towards wages.

Not only are we in lockdown again, the weather was atrocious over the weekend and Friday 13 came and went, but not before The Treasury updated their guidance on the CJRS and issued a further Treasury Direction on Friday evening.

Following the announcement of the extended CJRS scheme at the end of October, it was confirmed that there would be a further update issued on the 10 November. HMRC last night issued the revised guidance on the CJRS scheme which apply from 1 November.
