SET UP & SECRETARY
The process of setting up a Company can be completed very quickly if the forms are all submitted electronically, usually about 2 to 3 days assuming all the information is available. If a hard copy forms are used the time to do this will take a little longer around 4 to 5 days. Black Mountain assist with completing all the paperwork after getting to know your specific requirements. The service also includes the provision of all the documents that are required for a Limited Liability Company.
For the Bank accounts opening, as we will have most of the information from setting up the Company, we will use this to approach banks to set up a Company account and when a decision is made to pre-fill the forms that are required and assist with submitting these to the chosen bank.
As Company Secretary, Black Mountain will responsible for ensuring that the company is compliant with statutory and legal requirements as well as documenting any changes to directors, shareholders and the registered address. Our experienced Company Secretarial staff will make sure you are fully compliant and provide advice when required. We can also provide an address for a registered office if this is required. The registered office is where all the Company related Government correspondence will be sent.
ADMIN & ADVICE
Payroll is an essential business function, which can come with interesting challenges like some time-consuming manual reporting. With our experienced payroll professionals you can be sure that your payroll is in safe hands as well as being compliant with up-to-date tax and employee legislation.
We take the payroll input data in any form the client wants, whether it be an Excel document, data download or CSV file. We can provide a template input report to help. Last minute phone calls and emails with changes to information are accommodated where possible.
We agree a monthly processing time line to make sure staff get paid on time but where possible are flexible and accommodate changes and payroll reprocessing at no extra charge
