HR ADMINISTRATION

Black Mountain's HR Administration service will help you manage all the tasks that an in house HR function would manage but with a team approach to ensure a depth of experience in different areas of HR, cover 52 weeks of the year, no holiday or sickness gaps, and at a lower cost. 

Our HR Administration service is provided offsite by a support team but has a lead everyday HR Manger as a central point of contact. Your HR manager can deliver most of the work offsite but can also spend an agreed amount of time on site at your offices, depending on the HR needs of the business. Although the Brazilian labor reform came into effect in November 2017, the subject is still a cause for much discussion, both for and against. When compared to other countries, one notes that the difference is large, even after this minor modification.
