- Assist in writing a Job Description and make sure the relevant experience required of the position is highlighted.
- Contact relevant Recruitment companies with the Job Description and ask them to find appropriate candidates.
- Negotiate with the specialist Recruiters on behalf clients to achieve a rate for the successful hire which is as low as possible.
- Assist with compiling an advertisement for the position, either using standard templates or by dealing with suppliers on the Companies behalf.
- Place the approved advertisement for the position on on-line search databases.
- Place the approved advertisement in English and local language newspapers.
- Make sure the vacancy is posted on the Companies website and that all employees are aware of the vacancy if there is a referral arrangement, or the position can be divulged to current staff.
- Screen CV’s received from Recruiters and other media based on agreed criteria and produce a short list of candidates.
