Betty Ang has been a key Human Resources Consultant at Black Mountain since joining in 2002. She holds and MSc in Human Resources and Training and she is a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource management.

She has been working as an HR professional for the past 6 years and has gained her experience working for multinational companies. She has been responsible for developing various HR policies and procedures as well as providing HR training. Prior to joining Black Mountain she worked for the The Ritz Carlton Hotel Group as well as Marks and Spencer as a Human Resources Manager.
